Returns & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We specialize in customised and personalised gifts, made especially for you. Because of the nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns or Exchanges on Personalised Items
All personalised/custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order is placed, it goes directly into production based on the customisation details you provide (such as names, photos, dates, or messages). For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details are correct and complete at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or wrong images.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping, or

Defective due to a manufacturing error
please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
Color & Design Disclaimer
Please note that slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to screen differences and the handmade/custom nature of the product. These variations are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Orders for personalised items cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
